  • Future’s desalinizers have a 2-year warranty on workmanship defects and 5 years free service (visits and hand fees).
  • You must adhere to the regular maintenance schedule by changing the first three filters every three months (AED 99), changing the fifth and sixth stage every 9 months (AED 99), and changing the fourth stage every year (AED 119).
  • Electrical parts should not be exposed to water.
  • The device must not be subjected to any alteration, maintenance or transfer from another company.
  • Do not expose the device to direct sunlight and weathering.
  • If any of the terms of the warranty are breached, the warranty is void.
