Is the water weak or not coming out?
Follow these simple steps, and the issue will be resolved, God willing:
1.Weak or no water flow from the faucet:
- If you’ve drawn a large amount of water at once (10 liters or more), wait for 15–25 minutes to allow the device to refill.
- Ensure that the purifier is connected to a power source.
- Check that the feed valve (water source) is open. It’s located at the beginning of the pipe feeding the purifier, and you can open it by aligning it with the pipe direction.
- Confirm that the tank valve is open. You’ll find it above the small tank next to the purifier, and it can be opened by aligning it with the pipe direction.
