Is home desalination device healthy and safe?
Yes, absolutely! Here’s why:
- Our government ensures the supply of drinking water: The primary issue with water quality lies in poor household plumbing, unclean tanks, and the variation in salt levels from one house to another.
- All our purification systems include at least six filters: These filters are designed to eliminate water contaminants. The added value of reverse osmosis desalination systems lies in their ability to remove dissolved solids, including salts, from the water.
American, Taiwanese, or Chinese-made?
The country of origin does not affect the quality of the device. All Future devices are manufactured according to Future’s standards and specifications. Every device comes with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects and three years of free service. So, there’s no need to worry.
What are the technicians' nationalities?
All our technicians are specialists from various Arab nationalities.
Are the technicians qualified?
We follow a strict training policy with approximately 200 training hours. Afterward, technicians undergo rigorous testing to ensure their eligibility before being officially certified.
How are filters replaced, and what are the costs?
- Routine maintenance:Every 6 months, the first, second, and third stages are replaced.
- Annual maintenance: Includes the replacement of the fifth and sixth stages (if applicable).
- Biennial maintenance: Adds the replacement of the fourth stage (salt filter).
Costs:
- 6-month maintenance: Stages 1, 2, and 3 for AED 99 (including installation and tax).
- Annual maintenance: Stages 5 and 6 for AED 120 (including installation and tax).
- Biennial maintenance: Stage 4 (salt filter) for AED 150 (including installation and tax).
How much purified water does the system produce?
The system produces between 240–300 liters of purified water daily, equivalent to 12–18 large water bottles (gallons).
How long does it take to fill the accompanying tank?
The speed depends on the cleanliness of the household water. Generally, the system can fill 15–20 liters in approximately 15–20 minutes.
What is the salinity level after installation?
The system reduces salinity levels to approximately 50–120 TDS, making the water pure and suitable for drinking.
Salt can also be entirely removed if desired, as the body replenishes salts through various meals.
What does the desalination device look like after installation?
It depends on the type of device. Many devices are the type that is installed under the kitchen sink, as shown in the following figure:
