    The installation location must be ready to receive the product.
    Any additional equipment or modifications required for installation will be discussed with the customer in advance.

  4. Delivery or Installation Delays
    We are committed to the specified delivery and installation times; however, in exceptional cases such as weather conditions or other factors beyond our control, delays may occur. If this happens, we will contact you to inform you.

  5. Cancellation or Modification of Delivery or Installation Date
    You can cancel or modify the delivery or installation date 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional fees.
    If you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped, the delivery fee will apply.
