Is the device leaking water?
Follow these simple steps to resolve the issue, God willing:
Stop the leak immediately with the following steps:
- Disconnect the purifier from the power source.
- Turn off the feed valve (water source). It’s located at the beginning of the pipe feeding the purifier. Turn it off by rotating the valve opposite to the pipe direction (not aligned with it).
- Turn off the tank valve. You’ll find it above the small tank next to the purifier. Turn it off by rotating the valve opposite to the pipe direction as well (not aligned with it).
